My Review: 4 1/2 stars
What a great start to this series. I wish it would have been longer, it was just getting very interesting. Bash is awesome, rescuing Olivia the way he did. Olivia is really quite grateful to him for the rescue, since she never could have predicted that she would need it. The attraction between Olivia and Bash is instant, and not something that either of them are looking for right them. Regardless, they feel it, and do their best not to act on those feelings. Bash helps Olivia out by giving her self-defense lessons, which only brings that sexual tension between them even higher. Not saying much else, because you've just got to read it. I loved Bash and Olivia together, way better than the scumbag Andy. Bash wants to protect and care for Olivia. Olivia is trying to do the right thing, but sometimes that's not always the best thing to do, in my opinion. Christine always has these great characters, and I loved the story line. I can't wait to see what comes next for these two, and what the final outcome between them will be.
