My Review: 5 stars

Totally loved this one! I haven't read anything by Jennifer before, so this was definitely a pleasant surprise. I loved the snark, sarcasm and banter between Jack and Sabrina from the beginning. I also could see why Jack thought Sabrina's ex was a jerk and wondered why she was trying to get him back when it was obvious to Jack and myself that they guy was only thinking of himself. Sabrina has convinced herself that she will get back together with her ex, Jack needs an intelligent, hard working, good looking girlfriend to be taken more seriously at work. So Jack comes up with a solution for both himself and Sabrina: They fake being together so that Jack can get his promotion and Sabrina can make her ex jealous. It works perfectly, except for one little problem. Neither Sabrina or Jack counted on falling for each other while they were faking their relationship. This book left me happy and feeling good all over. I am going to see what other titles Jennifer has out there as well as keeping an eye out for future books. Well done, Jennifer. 

Author Bio:

Jennifer Shirk has a bachelor degree in pharmacy-which has in NO WAY at all helped her with her writing career. But she likes to point it out, since it shows romantic-at-hearts come in all shapes, sizes, and mind-numbing educations.

She writes sweet romances (some even funny!) and won third place in the RWA 2006 NYC's Kathryn Hayes Love and Laughter Contest with her first book, The Role of a Lifetime. Recently, her novel Sunny Days for Sam won the 2013 Golden Quill Published Authors Contest for Best Traditional Romance.
